Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August:
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must still be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept – mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.
NO 1 NIGHT STAYS
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)

Faria Resorts introduces Serenity Shores Resort, the most luxurious, fun-filled, and amazing Lakefront family resort on Table Rock Lake and less than 20 minutes from Silver Dollar City and Branson attractions! This is not your “average” resort. We raised the bar when we master-planned this development. Serenity is exactly what you will find here. Calm, peaceful, and tranquil vacationing on 44 private acres! We have taken feedback from our guests for over a decade and have created the most amazing experience available on the lake. Serenity Shores Resort stands out from the crowd by offering enormous-sized vacation rental homes spaced over 60 feet apart on average, to give you the seclusion and privacy that you’d hope for on your vacation.

Lithium-ion 4 seater golf carts available for rent
We also have a private resort dock with Luxury Pontoon boat rentals, fishing poles, and a 60 ft swim deck. Boat slips (with power for you fishermen to plug in your batteries) are also available for our guests to rent.
*Please note, the dock is accessed by a 2-3 minute hike on a natural trail through the woods. There are wagons available to pull to the dock.
Villa 18B
Base rate covers up to 10, max number of guests is 14 (with extra guest fees during peak season – please see rental agreement for more information). This unit is best suited for 8 adults and 6 kids.
All the comforts of home, lakeside! This 5 bedroom, 4 ½ bath villa welcomes you home with its clean, modern, slightly rustic décor. Everything for a great vacation is included with this home. This is an end unit (with no neighbors on one side) and the infinity pool is just out your front door. A bit tucked into the trees, the views are better from the upper level.

The main level living area has high vaulted ceilings with a majestic 28-foot floor-to-ceiling wood fireplace (electric), and plenty of windows. The floorplan is open to the large dining area and gourmet kitchen allowing everyone to be together. Mealtime is a breeze in this kitchen, fully stocked with just about any cooking utensil you could need. There’s seating for 8-10 at the dining table and 3 more at the island. There is also a table for 6 on the deck.
It’s pure comfort in the two upper-level en-suites with king-size beds. Each suite has a full bath. One master has a small outside balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with views of the lake. In between the two masters, is a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.
On the main level are two more guest rooms. One has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen. They share a Jack-n-Jill style full bath. There is also a half bath in the hall.
In the lower level walkout basement, the family can kick back and watch a movie in the incredible theater room with stadium seating and 8 reclining seats. Pop in a DVD or log into your favorite account on the big screen, smart tv. Around the corner, there is a bedroom with a full-over-queen bunk bed. A sliding glass door leads to the screened in patio where you can enjoy the view of the lake or pool in a bug-free environment. The large, oversized bathroom with a dual vanity is located in the hall. The downstairs living area also has an additional entertainment media room with a 55″ flat panel smart tv, foosball table, and top-quality sectional queen sleeper sofa.
If you have a very large group (up to 34) you can rent the other side of this duplex-style villa. Villa 18A is a 6 bedroom villa that you can access via lock-out doorways on the main level and lower level stairway landings.
