BOOKING RULES:
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday. or Sunday (depending on availability at the time of booking)
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept – mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.

*up to $350 TICKET VALUE * Receive free tickets to Copperhead Mountain Coaster or the Shepherd of the Hills Adventure Park general admission (up to 4 tickets for the Coaster and up to 10 for the Adventure Park – i.e. for 9 guests, you can choose 3 Coasters and 6 Adventure Parks, or any combination, not to exceed 4 Coaster and 10 Adventure Park.) – Park admission includes seasonal events, such as PumpkinFest or North Pole Adventure. Subject to park hours. Please check park’s website for hours/days of operation before requesting tickets. Tickets must be requested at least 2 days prior to check-in. 3 night minimum stay required. Offer valid during off-peak times only. Not redeemable for cash or any other product.

*Our pools are in operation from May 1st-October 1st. They are heated from 2nd Friday of May through October 1st.

We also have a private resort dock with Luxury Pontoon boat rentals, fishing poles, and a swim deck. Boat slips (with power for you fishermen to plug in your batteries) are also available for our guests to rent.
8 Bedroom Villa
The base rate covers up to 16 guests, 24 is the max (with extra guest fees during peak season. Please see rental agreement for details). This combination of units is best suited for 12 adults and 12 kids.
Welcome to our beautiful 8 bedroom/8 bathroom (2 are half baths) Luxury Villa on the pristine Table Rock Lake. *This is a luxury duplex style unit with 4 bedrooms on each side and a connecting door in between. We are excited to share this wonderful lakefront home with you! We hope you find this home a place to have fun and relax with family and friends in the quiet Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, but just a short drive away from a wide array of Branson entertainment.
These gorgeous villas are located on beautiful Table Rock Lake in Lampe, Missouri. The Villas are fully stocked with virtually everything you will need for your vacation. Also, conveniently located within a 2 min walk to the shoreline of the lake!! Each side of the unit has 2 levels, each having 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Each side of the villa has quality beds and furniture, 3 full bathrooms. 3 half baths, 2 MASTER king suites and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a top of the line Weber Gas Grill (with propane included) located right outside on the patio. When you combine both sides, you will get 2 patios, 2 wood burning fireplaces on the patios, 2 grills 2 kitchens and 2 living areas. Inside the Villas, you will find custom high-quality furnishings, wagon wheel lighting fixtures, Natural Slate and Travertine tile floors, and solid granite countertops. All of the bedrooms have flat-panel TVs, luxury bedding, and only the BEST mattresses available! The main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling River Rock stone fireplace, complete with a wall of windows.
The TWO upstairs Master Suites on each side have custom hand made king size beds with top of the line mattresses. Each master suite has a full luxury bath with granite countertops and one with a natural travertine tiled shower. One master has a small outside balcony with views of the lake, and both masters have flat panel TV’s. There is a loft area outside the Master suites with a small futon and a TV.
On the main level of each side, there is a queen guest bedroom and a bunk room with a full over queen bunk bed. These 2 bedrooms share a Jack n Jill style full bathroom.
